in large skillet cook ground beef and add onions till translucent

add salt and pepper and beef base ketchup and marinara sauce turn heat down and let simmer

take in large mixing bowl take cooked pasta ( macaroni) add half the cheddar cheese and all of the separated American cheese and cooked bacon

add the ground beef and sauce and mix

place in sheet pans and place remaining cheese on top of the mixture and cover with foil cook for 15 minutes and serve
