In large mixing bowl mix ricotta with all ingredients except for marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella

in another large mixing bowl take penne and fold the ricotta mixture in along with the marinara sauce

place in 3 hotel pans and place remaining mozzarella cheese on top cover and bake at 325 for 25 to 20 minutes

remove cover and serve
