Heat Margarine in pan add garlic onion and Broccoli Floret's cook till tender

once tender add chicken stock and cheese till melted then add bread Crumbs mix well

lay out pounded chicken breast and place two oz of stuffing on each breast fold over the chicken edges to create ball

chili for 1 hour

bread the stuffed chicken ( flour, Egg wash and seasoned Bread Crumbs)

once you breaded all the stuffed chicken we will par cook chicken 350 in deep frier till golden brown

finish in oven till internal temperature reaches 165
