in a 5 gallon Bucket place all the Lo Mein noodles with sesame oil and poor boiling water and let sit for 7 to 10 minutes drain and let noodles cool

Blanch and cool all Vegetables and set aside.

In large skillet heat 1 cup of chicken broth and add chicken cook till chicken turns white add remaining chicken stock and water chestnuts and bamboo shoots and let simmer stir in soy sauce and vegetables
