Egg Noodles,

oil for sautéing

heat large saute pan with the oil

mix the flour salt and pepper and dredge chicken for frying and set aside

when the pan is ready add chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165

remove chicken and set aside add the the marsala wine and deglaze the pan then add chicken gravy and beef gravy and mix

add mushrooms and cook till soft

place chicken in hotel pans and poor sauce on top and finish with parsley reserve half sauce for noodles

serve with cooked egg noodles and remainder of sauce
