heat sauce pan and add oil, add curry paste lime leaf and sugar in the pan

as they reduce add chicken and stir till chicken is near cooked add coconut and bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer add peanuts and let simmer 10 minutes

now add the peppers and stir till peppers are soft finish with fish sauce and red chili powder and serve
