Take pounded out chicken and dredge in flour set aside on evenly on a sheet pan

Place Sauté pan on heat and add olive oil, When the oil is hot place chicken and sauté on each side till golden Brown place chicken in hotel Pans and set aside

in a separate Sauce pan add oil and Garlic Sauté for 2 minutes add lemon juice, white wine and Gravy mix add salt and pepper to taste. Finish the sauce with the lemon slices and capers poor over the chicken and Serve
