place diced chicken and red peppers on sheet pan and add salt and pepper cook at 325 for 20 minutes until cooked through

in a mixing bowl add 2 lbs yellow curry sauce and can of diced tomato and juice

add in scallions and pasley and cooked cous cous

mix chicken and the cous couse mixture together and place in 3 hotel pans heat for 10 minutes and serve

hot sauce for condiment
