Combine all ingredients and Mix Well

Take 5 oz ice cream scoop and scoop out and place on parchment lined sheet pan

take each scoop and turn into patties and cover

place in freezer over night

take out and bread with Flour Egg wash and Panko Bread Crumbs

place in deep fryer and cook till golden brown and serve
