Montreal steak seasoning

take .5 cup oil and mix with Montreal steak seasoning and toss with pork chops set aside

preheat grill till 350 and season with oil so pork doesn't stick when grilling

in separate sauté pan heat the other half of oil and add sliced onions and sauté till soft add the diced tomato and beef broth

Bring to a rolling boil and let boil till broth reduces by half then add herbs salt pepper and mushrooms turn temperature down and let simmer

no turn to your pork chops set each on on grill grill on each side 5 to 6 minutes remove from heat and place on sheet pan this can be done earlier and reheat in oven till internal temp reaches 145

place pork flat down in sheet pan and ladle the regu on each piece
