lay pork loins out on sheet pan preheat oven to 325 degrees

mix Dijon and honey together and rub pork loins generously

sprinkle with course black pepper and roast in oven for 50 to 55 minutes till internal temperature reaches 145 take out and let sit for 10 minutes then slice into 1\2 inch slices two per serving
