place oil in sauté pan and add garlic, peppers and onions cook till soft add half the taco seasoning and lime juice to the pepper mixture

place remaining oil in hotel pans then place the tilapia skin side down and sprinkle with remaining taco seasoning

take pepper and onion mixture and place on top of each piece of fish and bake for 12 minutes

when done sprinkle cilantro on top for garnish and serve
