Brown gravy

heat sauté add oil peppers and onions cook will onions are translucent

place ground beef in large mixing bowl and mix all other ingredients together along with peppers and onions

Take two bullet pans and line with parchment pepper and fill with ground beef mixture.

cover with foil and bake for 1 hour after 1 hour uncover and cover top of beef with ketchup and finish for 30 minutes.

when finished let stand for ten minutes and cut into 6 oz portions.

serve with brown gravy
