Marinate steak tips for at least 2 days with above ingredients. Place in a 5 gallon bucket.

Placed marinated steak tips on 2 sheet pans. Cook until done.

Place steak tips in a large mixing bowl. Toss tips with additional BBQ Sauce and juice from sheet pans.

Save juice and place in warmer for service.
