take flour egg wash and nutmeg mixed in bread crumbs place in three separate pans lined up in order

Dredge pork in flour egg wash and bread crumbs and lay out on sheet pan for cooking when they are all breaded

place in deep fryer for 4 to 5 minutes or until floats take out and place on sheet pan to drain oil
