Scallions, cut in 1-inch slices

Take thinly sliced pork and marinate with 1 cup teriyaki sauce. Dredge each piece in flour, then deep fry for 4 to 6 minutes. Set aside to let grease drain.

Add sesame oil to a sauce pan and saute onions, ginger, and garlic until the onions are translucent.

Add remaining teriyaki and thai glaze for sauce.

Place pork in hotel pans and pour sauce over evenly. Finish with chopped scallions
