precook egg noodles and set aside

prepare omelet with the 2 eggs after cooked chop into strips

in sauté pan heat oil until hot add shrimp and garlic chili' s and curry powder and sauté then add scallops and cook till done

next add the vegetables and soy sauce and chopped scallions, next add noodles finish

serve with cilantro, chopped egg and limes for garnish
