Pound out Chicken thighs

Place in bus tub and add buttermilk and hot sauce and marinate for 1 to 2 hours

take all remaining ingredients and mix together

take chicken and dredge in flour and set aside for frying

preheat fryer up to 350

Take chicken and fry till golden brown place on sheet pan to drain oil

place in hotel pan for serving

serve with Brown Gravy
