in large skillet cook ground beef, when almost done add green chilis, peppers and onions and cook till onions are translucent

add taco seasoning and gravy

in large mixing bowl take cooked pasta scallions and half of the cheddar cheese and mix together add the ground beef mixture and stir till fully mixed

take mixture and put in hotel pans top with remainder of cheese and cover with foil

cook for 15 minutes until cheese on top is fully melted and serve
